Customer Lifetime Value: Applying Probability Models to Customer Transactions

April 25 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Customer lifetime value (CLV) is the most important predictive metric for business. From a customer-centric perspective, the financial value of the company is essentially the sum of the CLVs of each customer.

Evan Oster will share the theory and practice of applying probability models to transform customer-level transaction data into financial predictions of CLV. Marketers use CLV to segment their customer base, target offers, and grow revenue and profit.  This is Marketing analytics that Finance and senior leadership embrace!
