Customer lifetime value (CLV) is the most important predictive metric for business. From a customer-centric perspective, the financial value of the company is essentially the sum of the CLVs of each customer.

Evan Oster will share the theory and practice of applying probability models to transform customer-level transaction data into financial predictions of CLV. Evan Oster is a globally experienced Customer Analytics and Consumer Insights executive.  He has over 20 years of experience covering major brands within the FMCG, consumer electronics, luxury goods, media, and telecommunications industries.

Evan holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Brown University, an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fellow of the Lauder Institute.
