What types of employers does PROTECH work with?
We represent leading employers to help our candidates advance their IT career. We have access to IT jobs, local markets and trend data not otherwise available. The companies we work with range from start ups to Fortune 500 companies and high-growth software companies. Why shouldn’t I just apply to the company directly?
Many of the positions we fill are exclusive and not visible to the general public. Many employers do not have specialized IT recruiters in house that are able to adequately gauge tech skills and fill difficult positions. Therefore, companies partner with PROTECH to find the perfect candidates for the IT jobs they need filled and give our candidates more consideration than generic applicants.
What if I already applied through the company directly?
This depends on when you applied and to what position. Please speak to one of our team members for more information.
Would you submit my resume without my permission?
No, we would never submit any candidate’s personal information and credentials to a company without the candidate’s express consent.
Do you provide assistance in preparing a resume?
We can help you by advising you on how to best polish your resume according to resume best practices. Our advice is to solely ensure your resume is not only accurate but also best reflects your professional experience. However, we do not take editorial liberty over your resume and any alterations of your resume are completely up to you.
Do you help prepare candidates for interviews?
We will brief you on important information to prepare you for your interview including company and hiring manager information and employer’s goals for the position. Based on our strong relationships with our clients, we also help you better emphasize your strong suits including the hard and soft skills a position requires, maximizing your potential to receive a job offer.
