Social Media – Account Supervisor

Social Media - Account Supervisor San Francisco, CA  Full Time/Perm (On-Site)  $75K - $85K Outstanding Benefits Package   

We are seeking a Social Media Account Supervisor to support accounts in our San Francisco office with a primary focus on Managing and Creating Content for our largest client.

The Top Three Main Capabilities for this position: 

• Developing creative campaign ideas and present ideas 
• Present ideas confidently to multiple stakeholders client-side (need someone that can really hold their own in the conference room)
• Manage content production of design/copy

In this position, you will:

• Develop strategies and campaigns to elevate brand goals
• Manage client and agency relationships
• Manage social team and review content for quality checks, ensuring content is properly tagged, gated, etc.
• Craft content in line with brand guidelines for a Fortune 10 brand
• Execute weekly client reporting & maintain performance dashboard
• Manage and coordinate the editorial calendar
• Create, manage and track short links for social media posts

Requirements for this position: 

• 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing social and/or digital marketing role
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape and platform algorithms
• Strong understanding of paid social media
• Experience in client relations
• Experience in social media reporting, familiar with reporting tools (Sprinklr, Julius or similar)
• Experience in using publishing, tagging tools (Sprinklr, Smartsheets or similar)
• Experience with contracting and managing influencers is a plus
• Real-time production at live events experience is a plus
