IT Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a professional telemarketer/appointment setter who can represent an exciting technology that most business are in need of.  The successful candidate will be tech savvy, eager and quick to learn and adapt in a fast changing, entrepreneurial environment. They will also have previous experience in researching, creating call lists and cold calling other businesses (B2B). Candidates with previous experience doing outbound calls related to information technology products will be preferred.



  • Outbound Telemarketing: minimum 2 years of experience ideally introducing software or hardware products
  • Strong English communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ideal candidate will have done this work in a small to medium, high growth, entrepreneurial company (not a strict requirement)
  • Experience working with a CRM system such as is a plus


What you will be doing (responsibilities):

  • Conduct research to develop lists of ideal target customers to create targeted prospect lists
  • Email and make engaging outbound calls to businesses
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Conduct email campaigns
  • Set up meetings for sales managers
  • Meet goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Diligently update customer / prospects data in CRM.
  • Create and submit necessary reports as needed.


Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8-hour shift
