About the Role:

SherlockTalent is looking for a REMOTE ServiceNow Product Owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the ServiceNow request pipelines, including management of new project requests, enhancements, and production support issue resolution
  • Manage ServiceNow Development team tasks, utilization and prioritization
  • Support ServiceNow SDLC – including scoping, design, implementation, UAT, user training and value realization. Support release management and scheduling activities.
  • Effectively communicate with ServiceNow Users and stakeholders and manage administration responsibilities, access, and restrictions
  • Apply problem solving techniques to resolve issues and perform regular risk management activities
  • Manage project budget, invoicing and platform related expenses as needed
  • Keep up to date with ServiceNow related updates and upgrades to ensure platform capabilities are current. Facilitate regular retrospectives with the project team.
  • Have high degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Administration and/or Development preferred
